It has been my pleasure to provide a foreword for this great piece of work. I know Eng. Mr Gamini Gunawardana for last almost 10 years who helped Sasnaka Sansada and our noble work in many ways.

For anyone, It is truly a privilege to follow the steps of this book and carefully designed activities. It will enable you to reflect upon your life and carefully craft the life and career which you aspire to be. In Sasnaka Sansada, we always thrive for excellence. All our volunteers are far more excellent and capable than peer colleagues. They are top-class social influences and their impact on society is great. I wish this book followed by the activities will further enable them to perform.

Finally, I take this opportunity to humbly thank Eng. Mr. Gamini Gunawardana, who I consider as one of my mentors, for supporting our next generation.
